ESPN analyst Sean Farnham grades BYU's basketball season a C, citing their failure to develop a bench and the impact of Richie Saunders' injury.

The episode opens with an interview featuring ESPN college basketball analyst Sean Farnham. He assesses BYU men's basketball's season, giving it a C grade overall but a B or B-plus when accounting for injuries, specifically to Richie Saunders and Dawson Baker. Farnham provides a detailed breakdown of the team's flaws, including a lack of bench development and shooting depth. He then vigorously defends AJ DeBonsa's individual season, listing his accomplishments like being a First-Team All-American and likely number one draft pick, and argues his success makes BYU a viable option for any recruit. Farnham also outlines BYU's offseason needs: better shooting and more defensive-minded length. Later, hosts Spencer Linton and Jarom Jordan engage in an accountability segment, comparing their preseason predictions for BYU basketball to the actual results, finding they were significantly off on scoring averages, conference finish, and tournament outcome. The episode includes a news segment covering headlines like AJ DeBonsa's draft momentum, Zach Wilson signing with the Saints, and BYU baseball's win over Utah. An interview with BYU women's basketball players Sydney Benally and Bola Youssef previews their WBIT quarterfinal against Stanford, focusing on postseason motivation and player development. In a longer discussion segment, the hosts debate which program, BYU football or men's basketball, has a better current trajectory, considering roster certainty, recent success, and recruiting. They conclude by establishing a new baseline expectation for BYU men's basketball under Kevin Young: to be a perennial top-25 team, earn a top-six NCAA tournament seed, and win at least one tournament game annually. The episode closes with a conversation featuring women's basketball player Delaney Gibb and assistant coach Paisley Johnson-Harding on the value of their WBIT run.
