He uses Psalms 103 and 42 to illustrate the spirit correcting the soul. Bilby warns that if the soul is not submitted to the spirit, spiritual immaturity results. He references Isaiah 30:21 about hearing a voice saying "this is the way" and connects it to casting out idols. The sermon concludes by urging listeners to receive and activate the Holy Spirit, unlock locked rooms of their life to Him, and feed the "white dog" (good) over the "black dog" (evil) within.
