Lessons from 10 Years in Business: Value Creates Money

·37 min·2 clips
Value is what creates money and clients - this statement has guided everything I do in 10 years of business.
40 lands differently. The host starts from a personal edge: she has just turned 40, and her business began at 30. So her life and her work are stepping into new decades at the same time. That gives the episode more texture than a straight sales lesson. Her 30s were about striving and building an almost impossible life. Her 40s feel more like a chance to drink it in, then ask what comes next. From there, she gets practical. Money follows value, but the value has to come from abundance, not panic or need. Her launch example makes the idea concrete. If marketing leads to a webinar, then a pitch, then sales emails, every part should feel worth being there for. She uses $25,000 as the standard. When she was offering a $25,000 six-month mastermind, the three-day event could not feel like a waiting room for the real thing. It had to matter on its own. So she stopped asking how to persuade people and asked what she would teach if she only had three days to help them make 200K. That changed the feel of the room. People later told her the event alone felt worth 25K, which matched the bar she had set before they ever said it. The caution is clear: this is not overgiving from lack. It is creating from fun, desire, and abundance. Transformation comes first. Then clients. Then money as feedback.
