Superman realizes Luthor was right, then the Parasites evolve into an airborne threat.

Reviews are back. After the brand relaunch opener, Eric Brown jumps back into Dawn of DC Superman and catches up fast: Parasite is about to kill Superman, Luthor is being hunted, and some unknown figure may be dragging more trouble toward Earth. Then Mercy walks in and hijacks the review. Eric locks onto her recovery from the stabbing and the sudden reveal that her body can become a weapon. Useful? Absolutely. Cool? Sure. Also weirdly abrupt. He likes the upgrade, but he cannot stop poking at what it does to Lazarus Planet, Dark Crisis, and Action Comics 1050 in continuity. The timeline keeps wriggling away from him. Mercy blasting a parasite should land as the big action moment, except the creature reforms, duplicates, and turns the save into a fresh mess. Superman handles the freeze, and that pushes Eric into canon-lawyer mode because Parasite is usually about draining energy, not multiplying into a swarm. The powers feel wrong to him. Luthor's explanation about enemies does not clean it up, especially while Superman keeps trying to get answers through a relationship that is already a problem. Eric will not let that pass. He brings up Luthor's billionaire power, Metropolis influence, and presidential history as reasons Superman should keep his guard up, however complicated their history is. The issue keeps stacking trouble. By the end, the Parasite virus is ugly enough that Super Parasite is threatening the House of L and turning the whole thing into a containment problem. That is the hook. The episode is less a neat review than a breathless Superman continuity audit, repeatedly interrupted by gross action beats. Eric sounds amused, annoyed, and invested. He likes the threat, but every timeline wrinkle and power-rule wobble gets called out. After the Parasite chaos, he snaps back to the Neo Reality Collective sign-off and sends listeners toward the broader brand channels.
