The family is MIA again. Luke Hollywood was apparently ready nine hours earlier, then vanished, which sends the host into a run of dumb theories where even potatoes get treated like evidence. With the regular partner missing, the host picks Ace of Diamond because baseball is exactly the lane Luke supposedly cannot claim. Baseball season has just started in the United States, so the timing gives the review its excuse. The recap comes in hot. The kid watches his baseball dream with friends start to fall apart after slap central burns too many bridges. Then come the textbooks. He brings home elementary-level books instead of a grand turnaround, and the host reads that as him knowing the situation is bad. The sadness turns physical, with a thick depression cloud around him, before the episode wanders through the family lineup. The father apparently has a mohawk. A normal-looking possible mother figure and a greaser-looking guy make the house feel even stranger, then Tokyo walks in. The woman from the earlier game shows up, tied to that smiling, watching, glasses-adjusting presence the host noticed. The glasses bit takes over. Her constant fixing gets so annoying that a lanyard starts to sound reasonable. The recruiting scene still feels thin. The family setup and the visit do not fully click, though the chapter keeps moving. The art gets the cleanest praise: glove laces, the ball, the stuff that makes baseball feel handled with care. The verdict stays shaggy. It drags, but it does not feel dated, and the free Azuki availability gets its practical shout.
