Do Retry is the play today. Before the manga talk gets anywhere, the hosts are already poking at each other over 5:30 p.m., bedtime energy, dinner logic, and the suspicious math of time zones. It starts silly, because of course it does. That looseness helps, since the chapter they pivot into is not exactly light. Sickness jokes give way to wartime dread almost too quickly. The recap moves through the chapter without polishing off the rough edges. They land on the weak-and-strong character beat, then start worrying about what the story might do with history. March 20 turns into the alarm bell. Once August 6 enters the conversation, the read shifts from clunky premise talk to nervous questions about how dark the series wants to get.
